The conference promotes research that contributes to the advancement of Maqasid Intelligence, Ethical Digital Innovation, and Transformative Sustainable Development while ensuring that all participants — including authors, reviewers, editors, committee members, keynote speakers, and conference delegates — adhere to internationally recognised standards of research ethics, publication integrity, and professional conduct.
The Conference Scientific Committee expects all participants to conduct themselves honestly, transparently, respectfully, and responsibly throughout the submission, peer-review, presentation, publication, and post-publication processes.
Authors are expected to conduct and report research honestly, accurately, and responsibly. Submitted manuscripts must represent original work, comply with applicable ethical requirements, and appropriately acknowledge the contributions of others.
Where applicable, authors must obtain the necessary ethical approvals for research involving human participants, animals, confidential information, or sensitive data. Authors need to adhere to the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) guidelines.
Submitted manuscripts must not have been previously published, accepted for publication, or simultaneously submitted elsewhere during the review process. Authors are responsible for ensuring accurate citations, appropriate authorship, and the integrity of all data, analyses, figures, and conclusions presented in their work.
ICIEDI recognises the growing role of artificial intelligence in scholarly communication. Authors may use AI tools to improve language, grammar, or readability, provided that such use complies with the conference and publisher's policies.
Artificial intelligence must not be used to fabricate data, generate misleading findings, manipulate images, create false citations, or replace scholarly judgement. Authors remain fully responsible for the originality, accuracy, integrity, and scientific quality of their manuscripts.
Reviewers must not upload confidential manuscripts or unpublished research to publicly accessible AI platforms. Scientific evaluations and publication recommendations must always represent the reviewer's independent academic judgement.
All listed authors must have made substantial scholarly contributions to the research and approved the submitted and final versions of the manuscript. The corresponding author is responsible for communication with the Conference Scientific Committee and publisher on behalf of all co-authors.
Authors, reviewers, editors, and committee members must disclose any actual or potential conflicts of interest that could influence the review or publication process.
